How is this different from a review summary?
A summary gives a general overview. Franko organizes reviews around specific buying questions, shows what the relevant customers experienced, and puts the original reviews behind each answer.
Where do the questions come from?
Franko uses AI to find recurring experiences in your reviews and turn them into questions a new shopper would ask. Each product’s relevant reviews supply its answers. You don’t need to write the questions yourself.
Can I control what appears?
Yes. Inspect answers and their source reviews, turn questions and answers on or off, and set the minimum positive support a question needs to appear. Franko considers supportive, mixed and negative feedback.
How many reviews do I need?
Initial analysis starts with ten approved reviews. Each answer needs at least three relevant reviewers and sufficient evidence. Products with a substantial archive of detailed reviews give Franko more to work with.
Can I try Franko without replacing my collection flow?
Yes. Keep your existing app collecting reviews while you try Franko’s display widgets. Fletcher can help plan the test, bring your reviews across and compare the results before you decide whether to migrate the rest.
How do I switch from my current reviews app?
Export your reviews from Judge.me, Loox, Okendo, Stamped or Yotpo, then upload them to Franko and check the product matches. Preview your new widgets before changing the storefront. We can help with setup and check any integrations you depend on.
Does Franko support Google Shopping?
Google Search product and review markup is included. Google Shopping review feeds and retail review syndication are not currently included. Contact Fletcher if your store depends on these or other specialist integrations.
How do I measure the difference?
Start by agreeing which product pages to test and how to compare conversion. Review orders, conversion and widget engagement together. The amount of traffic determines how much your trial can tell you; Fletcher can help you plan and interpret it.
